The location of the rental was quite a bit farther from the convention center than I expected (over a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive). The room itself was on the smaller side with just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the facilities and location, the price felt unjustified. I was fortunate to receive a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 for this space seemed excessive. I hope future guests can enjoy a more reasonable rate and better amenities.
