If I were to rate just the host, I would give five stars without hesitation. Unfortunately, the unit did have a few issues that were beyond the host's control. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host addressed it promptly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could use a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided could definitely be of better quality. It would be beneficial for the owner to consider replacing them.
We arrived after our flight around 1:00 pm and planned to grab a quick bite before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working on the property. After waiting until 5:49 pm for an update, we reached out but received no response. By 7:02 pm, we inquired again and were told that we would be notified as soon as they were finished. Unfortunately, we didn’t get access until around 7:45 pm. Once inside, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, with workers present who were tiling the floor and cutting tiles until about 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, they had left a toilet, sink, and plunger in the kitchen throughout our stay. We never received an apology for these inconveniences, and when I asked about a partial refund due to the late check-in and ongoing issues, I was told the host would consult with the owners, but I never heard back. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't choose this rental again.

The owner of the property was exceptional, always quick to address any questions or concerns I had. Their effort to assist guests, especially during the busy DWD period, was truly commendable. The studio itself was beautifully designed and included all the essentials for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated having access to the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing my legs after long days of standing around. I would definitely return in the future!
After our original reservation fell through unexpectedly, we found this property and the host was incredibly quick to help us secure a new booking in under a day. The host met us upon arrival, showed us around, and encouraged us to reach out if we needed assistance. They provided fantastic recommendations for local beaches and dining spots. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
The host was incredibly attentive to all our inquiries and requests, which made our stay much smoother. Managing the preferences of 16 people is no small feat! Their communication skills were excellent, and that really makes a difference in an Airbnb experience. The house matched its description perfectly. However, we did encounter an issue with the oven; the host promptly assessed the situation and confirmed it was inoperative. Fortunately, the stovetop worked well, and we didn't have any major cooking plans since we were attending a wedding. We truly valued our exchanges with the host and appreciated some unexpected thoughtful touches they provided. A big thank you to the host for everything! We will definitely consider properties they manage for future stays.
