The host provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay.

Our work trip at this property was fantastic! There was an abundance of space, and all the beds were both comfy and spotless. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided great extra privacy, each with their own bathrooms which was a big plus. We enjoyed the pool area, which was surrounded by lush trees; we did have to use the nets to keep it tidy, but the refreshing swims on sunny days made it worthwhile. The soothing sound of the waterfall by the pool at night was just delightful. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security. We even strolled over to the local Publix in the evenings. With its prime location just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, we had no shortage of bars, restaurants, and access to the beach. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any requests. Without a doubt, we would love to stay here again in the future if it's available.

This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for individuals, couples, or two friends since the bed can be configured as either twins or a king. The location is conveniently situated near all the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with modern appliances, including a stove, fridge, and a stylish sink and countertop. The bathroom renovations were also impressive, featuring nice details like a dimmer switch. Both the bedroom and living area are equipped with ceiling fans, which, along with the great air conditioning, helped us stay comfortable. The closet is well-designed, offering ample storage with shelves and hanging space. We had access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which we shared with the main residence (which is also available for rental if you require additional space). The host was very responsive and addressed a couple of minor concerns promptly and positively. Overall, the property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider booking again in the future.

The host was fantastic throughout our stay. Check-in was seamless, and they responded quickly to all of our questions. The apartment was spotless and nicely decorated. The host personally welcomed us, which made the whole process super smooth. They really know their stuff about the local area. The location matched the description perfectly. This host truly exemplifies what you hope for in an Airbnb experience. I would certainly recommend staying at one of their properties!

I'd give the host a perfect five stars for their prompt assistance, but the rental itself had a few issues outside of their control. There was a leaking faucet in one of the bathrooms that the host quickly arranged to fix. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been more thoroughly cleaned. The towels provided were a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. I suggest the owner consider replacing them to improve the overall experience.
