This charming guesthouse is a refreshing find in the often pricey West Palm Beach short-term rental scene. Perfect for individuals, couples, or even two friends, the bed can be arranged as either twins or a king, which adds flexibility. The location is superb, making it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully updated, equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and stylish sink and counter. The bathroom is also newly renovated, featuring some nice little extras like a dimmer switch for mood lighting. We appreciated the ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living areas, which complemented the fantastic air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with plenty of racks and bars for storage. Also available are shared laundry facilities and off-street parking, which is convenient as the main house is also a rental if you require additional space. The property owner was very responsive to our needs, promptly addressing a few minor concerns with a positive attitude. Overall, this property met our expectations perfectly, and we would consider booking again in the future.
We arrived at the property around 1:00 pm and were hoping to settle in after grabbing some lunch. Check-in was set for 4:00 pm, but we were informed that it would be delayed as the cleaning crew was still finishing up. After waiting until 5:49 pm without any updates, we reached out again, but there was no response. By 7:02 pm, we inquired once more and were told that we would receive an update shortly. Ultimately, we weren’t able to access the property until approximately 7:45 pm. Upon entry, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and construction workers were busy tiling the floor. They continued cutting tiles until around 9:30 pm, and left behind a used toilet and sink with a plunger in the kitchen for the duration of our stay. There was no apology offered for the inconvenience, nor an effort to address the issue. I inquired about a potential refund for the delayed check-in and difficulties, but was told the owner needed to be consulted, and I never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing and I would hesitate to book with them again.

We arrived at the property around 1 PM and hoped to settle in after a quick lunch before the 4 PM check-in. However, when we returned at 4 PM, we learned that the cleaning staff were still finishing up. After several hours of waiting, we inquired at 5:49 PM and received no response. Finally, by 7:02 PM, we asked for a status update and were told we would get an update soon. We gained access to the house around 7:45 PM, only to find ongoing construction due to a leak in the downstairs bathroom. It was quite disruptive to have workers cutting tiles until late in the evening. Additionally, they left the used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there was no apology or gesture to rectify the situation. When I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience, the host said they would have to consult with the owners but I have yet to receive any follow-up. This experience was quite frustrating, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.
