A deposit of 10% of the rental amount is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.

I would definitely rate my experience with the host five stars for their exceptional service. Unfortunately, the rental did have a few issues that were outside of the host's control. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, but the host arranged for it to be repaired promptly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels were a bit worn out. It might be a good idea for the owner to invest in some new ones.

The location was fantastic, and we felt very secure in the neighborhood. It was the perfect setting for our family getaway. We enjoyed the pool, although the heater seemed to be out of order, making it a bit chilly for swimming. Thankfully, the hot tub was wonderful and provided a great alternative! The guest studios by the pool offer a nice touch of privacy, although they are on the smaller side. Keep in mind that the house shows some age, so expect a bit of wear and tear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren’t quite functioning well; the freezer didn’t get cold enough, so we lost some ice and food. The stairs can be somewhat tricky too, and with only one bedroom on the main level, it might not be the best choice for those with mobility challenges. Also, there isn’t a bath or shower in the main house downstairs. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the location, especially if you're sharing the cost with friends or family.

I would give the host a solid five stars for their excellent service, but there were a few minor issues with the unit itself. There was a leaky faucet in one of the bathrooms, which the host promptly arranged to fix. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a better cleaning, and the towels provided weren't of the best quality. It would be great if the owner could consider replacing them.

Due to a last-minute cancellation of our original rental, we found ourselves in a bit of a bind. The host was incredibly quick to respond and facilitated a seamless booking process within a day. Upon our arrival, they greeted us at the property and showed us around, ensuring we had everything we needed. They provided fantastic recommendations for nearby beaches, dining options, and activities to enjoy during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
