The host was incredibly prompt in addressing all of our inquiries and making sure we had everything we needed. Managing the expectations of 16 guests can be quite the task, but they handled it beautifully! Communication was key, and it made our stay so much easier. The property was described accurately, which we really appreciated. The only issue we encountered was with the oven, but the host responded quickly to check it out while confirming that the stovetop was working fine. Since we were in town for a wedding, we didn’t need to cook elaborate meals. We are grateful for the thoughtful touches and extra amenities the host provided, which exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to the host! We will definitely consider staying at other properties they manage in the future.

I had to make an unexpected work trip to West Palm and needed a comfortable place to stay for a month. The host was extremely helpful and reached out as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite expansive, the host gave me a thorough tour, making it easy to settle in. The condo is spacious enough for one or two guests, everything was in perfect working order, and it was impeccably clean.

We had a fantastic time at this house for our bachelorette getaway with 11 friends. It was spotless and exactly what we expected based on the photos.
