The host was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Even with our delayed flight, they ensured they were there to greet us and give us a tour of the property upon our arrival. We truly appreciate all the assistance provided.

We arrived in town around 1:00 PM and were looking forward to checking in at 4:00 PM after grabbing some lunch. However, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still finishing up. After waiting until 5:49 PM without any updates, we inquired about the situation but received no response. At 7:02 PM, we checked in again, and were told they would keep us posted, but we didn't gain access to the property until around 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we discovered ongoing work in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak, with workers cutting tiles until about 9:30 PM. To make matters worse, they left a used toilet and sink along with a plunger in the kitchen for our entire stay. We didn't receive an apology for these inconveniences, nor any effort to make amends. I reached out to discuss a possible refund for the late check-in and issues we faced, but was told they would need to consult the owners and I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I would not consider renting from them again.
