Effective communication is crucial when staying at an Airbnb, and this host excelled in that area. The listing accurately reflected the property. However, the only appliance that had an issue was the oven, which the host promptly addressed and confirmed was out of order. Thankfully, the stovetop was functional. Since we were visiting for a wedding, we didn't need to prepare large meals anyway. We truly valued our interactions with the host and appreciated some thoughtful surprises that were beyond our expectations - a huge THANK YOU! I would certainly consider booking with this host again in the future.
This property was the perfect choice for gathering our family in one location. I highly suggest this rental, but do check that the pool is cleaned prior to your stay. Unfortunately, we had to skip our planned barbecue day as the pool turned murky and required treatment. Thankfully, the issue has since been addressed by the pool service. The owner was exceptionally helpful and quick to respond to our concerns. Truly a wonderful experience!

I would rate my experience a full five stars based solely on the host's attentiveness. However, there were a few issues with the unit that weren't the host’s responsibility. One of the bathroom faucets was broken, but the host promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been cleaner, and the towels provided weren't the highest quality. The property manager should consider replacing them for a better guest experience.
This Airbnb is in a fantastic spot with plenty of space in the apartment. While there are a few minor enhancements that could be made, I was overall very pleased with my extended stay. The location is incredibly convenient, offering a great parking option, a gym, and a large swimming pool where you can enjoy stunning sunsets every evening.
We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 PM, hoping to enjoy a nice lunch before checking in at 4:00 PM. When we arrived, we were informed that our room wasn't ready yet because the cleaning crew was still there. After waiting until 5:49 PM without any updates, we reached out for clarification but didn't receive a response. Eventually, after inquiring again at 7:02 PM, we learned that we would have to wait a bit longer. We finally got access around 7:45 PM, only to find that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom and workers were still there tiling the floor. The noise from cutting tiles lasted until about 9:30 PM, and we were frustrated to find the used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, left in the kitchen during our entire stay. There was no apology or effort to rectify the situation, even after I requested some compensation for the delays and issues. I was told that the host would need to check with the owners, but I never heard back. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.
