I would give the host five stars without hesitation, as they were incredibly accommodating. However, the unit itself did have a few minor issues that were out of the host’s control. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host arranged for a quick repair. One of the bathtubs could have used a better clean, and I felt the towels could use an upgrade. The owner should consider replacing those for future guests.

I would gladly give all five stars for the host's efforts, but there were a few issues with the unit that need attention. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken, but the host quickly arranged for it to be repaired. One of the bathtubs could have been cleaner when we arrived. Additionally, the towels provided were not up to par and should be replaced by the owner for a better guest experience.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The apartment was quite roomy and well-equipped. While there are a few minor tweaks needed, our overall experience for our extended stay was very positive. The location was excellent, with a convenient parking spot available. We especially enjoyed the gym facilities and the large swimming pool, which offered stunning sunset views each evening.

I had to make an impromptu business trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out to me as soon as I landed at the airport. Even though the building is quite expansive, the host provided a thorough tour, making it easy for me to settle in. The condo offers plenty of space for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless upon my arrival.

The location of the property was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot or about 5 minutes by car. The room was smaller than expected, with just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were also not functioning properly, and there was a lack of kitchen amenities. Considering the price, it felt excessive for what was offered. Thankfully, the host provided a full refund in line with Airbnb's policies, but at over $300, the value for this space and its amenities was not justified. I hope the pricing can be adjusted and additional facilities can be added in the future.
